Shipping Rates

At TORRO, we take great pride in the way your items are delivered. If you have a question shipping, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team at customercare@torro-au.com.

ORDER FULFILMENT

All orders are shipped from the closest fulfilment center. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and stock location.

Orders will be processed as soon as possible and we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days (from dispatch). Please allow additional time for more remote locations. Where possible we will display an estimated delivery date at checkout.

REMOTE LOCATION SURCHARGES

In some instances, our logistics partner could identify your shipping address as a "remote location", which may incur additional shipping surcharges. In the event that this happens we will get in touch to notify you of the additional charge before processing your order. We endeavour to keep our shipping costs low but in some instances this isn't always possible.
